Who will I actually be working with?
One named person from our team in Morocco, who works only for you during your hours. You meet them on a video call before the trial week. A Renewminder manager stays involved and is your first contact if anything isn't right.
What hours do they work?
Your hours, in your time zone. Our team in Morocco is on UK time in summer and one hour ahead in winter, so UK and European office hours are a normal day; for US, Gulf or round-the-clock hours we build a shift rota. Try the cover planner on the pricing page.
Do you work with clients outside the UK?
Yes. We work with businesses worldwide. You get a contract with Renewminder Ltd, a UK company, and invoices in GBP, USD or EUR.
Which languages?
English, plus French or Arabic if your customers need it. Tell us on the call and we'll confirm before you commit.
Is this a recruitment agency?
No. Your assistant works for Renewminder, and we manage, pay and look after them. You get the work done without becoming an employer: no payroll, pension or holiday admin on your side.
What if it isn't working?
Tell us in the trial week and you only pay for the days worked. After that, tell your manager and we'll fix it. You can stop with 30 days' notice after the first month.
