One person, one monthly price, AI tools included.
Part-time from £690 a month, full-time £1,250. No setup fee, no VAT, and a trial week where you pay only for the days worked. Prices are in pounds; clients outside the UK can pay in GBP, USD or EUR.

Any hours from 10 a week, priced pro rata between our two plans. Evenings or weekend cover? Tell us what you need.
Part-time

4 hours every weekday
About 85 hours a month. Mornings or afternoons in your time zone.
Inbox, diary and admin catch-up, or covering your busiest support hours.
Full-time
£1,250 a month
8 hours every weekday
About 170 hours a month: a full working day in your time zone.
A full day of support cover, or an assistant who runs the back office.
Both include
- One named person who works only for you during your hours
- The AI tools they use, with business licences that don't train on your data
- A Renewminder manager who checks quality and is your first contact
- A short written handover at the end of every working day
- A contract with a UK company, invoices in GBP, USD or EUR, and a data processing agreement
After the first month, stop or change hours with 30 days' notice. Holidays are agreed with you 2 weeks ahead, and any day we can't cover comes off your next bill. No VAT is added. Full terms: Schedule 3 of our Terms of Business.
In the US, Canada, Australia or New Zealand?
For businesses in the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, invoiced in US dollars. AI tools included, no setup fee.

Evenings, nights and weekends can cost a little more; your quote confirms it. Send us your rota and we'll quote it.

Questions
When do I pay?
At the start of each month, by invoice. Invoices are due before the month starts.
Is there a minimum term?
One month. After that, it's month by month with 30 days' notice.
Is VAT added?
No. We're not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Can we have a team, not just one person?
Yes. Each person is a part-time or full-time plan, so a team is the sum of its plans. For three people or more we quote a team price and give you one Renewminder manager for the whole team.
Can we choose our own hours?
Yes. Any hours from 10 a week, priced pro rata between our two plans: for example 25 hours a week is £830 a month. We can also do a later shift for evening support. Weekend cover depends on who's available, and we'll tell you honestly.
What isn't included?
Licences for your own systems, such as a help-desk seat or a phone line, and any fees those services charge. Everything else on this page is included.
