In short

An email and inbox management assistant from Renewminder Talent is a dedicated person who works in your Gmail or Outlook every day: they sort and label new email, answer what they can in your voice, book and move meetings, follow up anything waiting on a reply, and send you a short list of what needs you. They use AI tools to draft and summarise, and check everything before it's sent. £690 a month part-time or £1,250 full-time.

A person, made faster by AI

AI drafts. A person checks and sends.

  1. AI draftsReplies, summaries, spreadsheets, first versions in seconds
  2. Your assistant checksFacts, tone and your rules, then edits
  3. Sent in your nameAnd logged in tonight's handover

Your assistant uses AI tools to draft replies, summarise long threads, tidy spreadsheets and pull details out of documents. That's how one person gets through a day's work that used to need two.

A person reads and checks everything before it goes out. AI never replies to your customers on its own.

  • Business AI accounts that don't train on your data
  • Your customers' personal details stay out of AI tools unless you agree in writing
  • Everything your assistant writes for you belongs to you

Questions

How do they get into my email safely?

With their own login, never your password. Gmail and Outlook both let you give someone delegated access to your inbox and calendar, which you can switch off at any time.

Will they reply as me?

Only where you say so. Your one-page plan lists what they can answer on their own, what they draft for you to approve, and what they only flag.

What about private or sensitive email?

Tell us what's off limits and set filters so it never reaches them. We sign a data processing agreement before they start.

How many hours does an inbox need?

Most people start with part-time: about 4 hours every weekday. Try the calculator on the pricing page.

Can they manage more than one inbox?

Yes, for example your own and a shared info@ inbox, within the same hours.
