How many people does 24/7 support need?
168 hours a week is just over four full-time people. We plan five or six, so holidays and sickness are covered and nobody works more than a normal week.
Can you start with extended hours and grow to 24/7?
Yes. Many clients start with evenings and weekends, then add nights. Use the cover planner to see each step.
Is night cover more expensive?
It can be. The planner shows standard-rate estimates; your quote confirms any night or weekend premium.
Which time zones can you cover?
Any. Our team is in Morocco, so UK and European days are normal hours; US and Gulf hours are covered by shifts.
