Renewminder Talent is part of Renewminder Ltd, the UK software studio. We build software, and now we also provide the people who keep small businesses running.

We hire people with fluent English, and French or Arabic too, so your customers get answers in their own language.
Your time zone
Morocco is on UK time in summer and one hour ahead in winter, so UK and European hours are a normal day. For US or Gulf hours we build a shift.

You deal with Renewminder Ltd, registered in England and Wales, wherever you are: one contract, invoices in GBP, USD or EUR, and UK data protection standards.
Managed, not just matched
We employ or engage everyone ourselves, check their work and cover their holidays. You never become an employer.

Everyone who works with a client has been through each of these.
- A written English test, and French where you need it
- A live role-play: a real-looking inbox, against the clock
- Training on our AI tools and our rules for using them with your data
- Their first weeks with a Renewminder manager alongside
- Signing our confidentiality agreement and information security policy
Who's behind it
Renewminder was founded by Imrane, Salah and Farah. Our studio builds booking systems, internal tools and apps for businesses, councils and charities, and we use the same AI tools every day.
Talent grew out of that: the businesses we build for kept asking who could run the inbox. See the software studio.
